Eli Terry Retirement community is a 34 unit community located in Terryville, Connecticut. The community is located in a central building with secure entrances and ample parking.

Eli Terry community is owned by the Terryville Retirement Community Corporation, a non-profit corporation. The community if funded by the USDA Rural Development office and as such the community does provide rental assistance for some of the units. The USDA-RD 515 program for the elderly is open to residents whose head or co-head is aged 62 or older or has a disability. The application packet includes more information on all eligibility criteria including income restrictions.

Some resident amenities include an indoor coin operated laundry, community rooms for resident activities and beautiful outdoor areas.
