St. Luke???s Apartments, LLC is a 25-unit affordable housing community for persons age 62 and older or have need of a unit adapted for persons with disabilities locating in the heart of Middletown.

The community includes 21 one-bedroom apartments with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living/dining area and 4 studio units with full kitchen, bathroom and a combined sleeping/living room area. All residents must meet income restrictions as established by HUD. Rents are 30% of monthly adjusted household income and include heat, hot water, electricity and central air conditioning. Telephone and cable service is not provided.

Legislation requires this site to target 40% of annual vacancies to persons at or below 30% of median income.
