Stamford Cross Road Residence is a 24-unit facility for elderly and disabled persons. Program guidelines require that each household have at least one member who is age 62 or over, or disabled and needing the features of an adapted unit.
There is one building of two stories, served by one elevator, with eighteen one-bedroom units and six studio units. There are two units that are fully accessible for persons with disabilities and the common areas of the building are also accessible. Services and amenities at this site including the following: air conditioner sleeve, central mail delivery, social activities, garbage and recycling collection indoors, emergency cords in apartment bedrooms and bathroom, cable hook-ups in each apartment.
The facility is owed by Stamford Cross Roads Inc. a non-profit organization and is sponsored by New Samaritan Corporation.
