Westerleigh is a 60-unit affordable apartment complex for residents age 62 or older or under age 62 but in need of a unit adapted for persons with disabilities. It is located in the Unionville section of Farmington, CT.

Apartments include 50 one-bedroom units with a kitchen, bathroom, and combined living and dining room. There are also 10 studio units with a combined sleeping and living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Residents must be income-eligible based on limits updated annually by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Rents are 30% of monthly adjusted income and include utilities except telephone, cable TV, and air conditioning.

Westerleigh is owned by the Farmington Ecumenical Elderly Housing Corporation Inc., a non-profit corporation that is committed to providing housing for and promoting the welfare of low- and moderate-income elderly families and disabled families. It is managed by Elderly Housing Management of North Haven, CT., an Equal Opportunity Housing Provider.
